Ate a gigi's cupcake on Friday that the team at work bought for my bday, then yesterday, proscuitto, which didn't really feel like cheating, but was VERY salty. Today, ate protein, but pork barbeque, again, lots of salt, so feel like I am back on track, but may take a day or two for my weight to reflect it....
