Thank you so much everyone!!!! Not overeating is easy for me during the day. The ONLY time I binge on carbs is at night. Unfortunately, I’m awake at night a lot because my granddaughter has trouble falling asleep (common with autism), my sleep apnea causes me to wake up, and/or my old dogs have to go out. If I eat something healthy at ~midnight I’m less likely to binge. I’ll keep praying. I would never have been able to lose the weight I did 2yrs ago without FatSecret - you guys make such a huge difference!
