Hi all! You all are such an inspiration. I fell off the wagon countless times, but in on again and this time for good. So far I’ve loss 6 pounds and in feeling better everyday. I’m learning to listen to my body and develop a different kind of relationship with food... it’s a daily process. I’m determined to reach my goal. Have a great weekend everyone 😀
