Yesterday I was ravenous a good bit of the day, even though I started off with a very hearty breakfast. Maybe it was the rainy/gloomy weather. I kept wanting salty and sugary stuff.

oh... I hate days like that.. when I could just eat all day long.. I always wonder.. wth triggered that.. So I can be sure to never let it happen again.. I have taken to just going to bed early when I feel I have had enough/too much to eat already and I am still hungry.

Appetite is a good thing. It means you are burning calories faster. Just stay away from the junk food when it happens.
