well i didnt gain and i didnt loose.... so it was a bad day, tomorrow will be 1 full week on the program, hopefully i have 1 more day of lost weight.

You can't expect a loss every single day. WW isn't a quick fix plan. It is a slow and steady, learn to keep it off for good kind of plan. You have lost great this week. Patience and persistence are two of the most important tools in weight loss. You are doing great. Don't worry about not seeing a loss on the scale every day, it's unrealistic.
