Quit smoking, but gained weight. Gonna get back at it now so I can get below 200 by Thanksgiving. Started running/walking about 3 miles in morning with a friend 2-3 times a week, and will do weights alternate days. I can't find my previous measurements, but today my waist is 43-45 inches, hips 48 inches, and neck 15 inches.
