156.8--Gained--Slept in 4 different houses over the last 9 days-food mostly out of my control but I thought I did well. The magic is the exercise which I haven't been able to do for days. Just read a tip that cutting out diet soda results in an avg 5lb weight loss changing nothing else. Worth a try. I'll keep trying.
