Grrr - I worked out really hard yesterday and did well with my points but I am showing a gain. I am always the first to tell others not to get frusterated by this - but I feel frusterated today. It's not just the weigh in, its other factors going on in my life right now as well. So I am just down I guess and this just doesn't make me feel any better.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 59.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's a tiny gain. You might have had too much sodium yesterday. You know you stayed on plan, so it will go away. It stinks when you do everything right, but your body doesn't show it. You are doing fine. Just stay on plan and it will come off.

You can't look at the little bump in the road. Look at the overall picture. Your weight-loss is a very steady downhill ramp. You just have a few pebbles here and there. But I, for one, am very impressed with the picture of your chart. It's one of my inspirations on here. So keep up the good work!!!
