Wasser und Füllstand.... immer noch derbe Muskelkater in den Waden... gestern kaum bewegt deswegen... zu wenig getrunken hab ich auch... 🙄
149.9 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
