I should really start trying to keep track of what I am eating. Yes I'm losing weight but it would be nice to know if its more healthy foods at night or empty calories that is going into the old fat belly.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
