I am so close to the 160's and I almost can't beleive it. My mini goal is to get to 170 by Christmas but I really think I can do that by the end of November as long as I behave over Thanksgiving. I have thought about it and I know what my game plan is for Thanksgiving, now I just need to follow through with it. If I get to 170 by December 1st, my new mini goal will be to hit 165 by Christmas.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 52.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
