Good morning!
Weight is pretty much as yesterday. Interesting, though, as I would have expected a slight gain on the 2nd day after fasting.
I started this morning off making yet another delish smoothie.
Wife is always teasing me, because I really get into it when I blend the frozen fruit, and it sounds like I'm using power tools and if I am tearing down the kitchen.
So, you were asking for a recent picture of me. Wife made this:
Today is Indulgence Day, and I will try to see if I can up my calories some. I've been craving sweets the last days - I'm not sure if I wanna give in today. If there is a day to have the baddies, then today is the day. Besides, I'm about 6300 calories low for the week (if I wanna reach an attempted maintenance RDI of 2400 as a daily average).
Obviously, I'm not gonna go spend 6300 calories on candies, don't worry.
My average RDI for the week has been 1521 calories. That's not much. Clearly, it's the 600 calorie days that pulls it down, but I also have to say that I know that I haven't been anywhere close to what I should eat at maintenance level.
If I eat what I am supposed to, then I will be so over stuffed that I won't be able to walk.
Anyways, short journal today - it's Saturday and I got missions to go on with wife, exercise, walks, lunch buffet, etc.
...
Today I'm thankful for:
- Wife being awesome and doing fun photos!
- New album from Deep Purple on my phone to entertain me on my walk.
- Smoothie!
- Weekend!
Have a great day! Life is good!
EDIT:
We opted to have some sweets, but ended up buying licorice and caramels sweetened with Stevia. Also, we got a low cal ice cream. They are all real tasty. Of course, it doesn't really up the calories much...
