Eventhough I lost 2lbs this week and my goal for my challenge is 1lb/week I ate badly. Super bloated when weighed in plus PMS. I will have to work alot harder especially controlling those snacks this week.

Take your time and make yourself comfortable but, eventually I believe you should try hard to break under 165. Maintaining is great though and you will soon feel better. Have a great day M!
