I didn't get in any exercise yesterday due to working late but I will definitely get in the elliptical machine today. I have been doing well with my eating and staying within my points. The scale is still in the same place as my last weigh in which doesn't surprise me. I see a pattern now and I don't worry about it much because it does this alot and then I will drop again. Overall I feel great, I am enjoying my smaller clothes which I have treated myself to. I have my bad days where I just don't feel motivated at all, but part of it I think is the change in weather - it's getting cold and dark earlier and the snow will soon follow. I just want to stay inside and curl up on the couch. BUT - I will not allow myself to become a lazy bum again - I can work through these days and I will.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
