Gained a bunch of weight during separation. Thankfully we have reconciled since then and I am making healthier choices these days. During the difficult time, I got to my highest weight of 185 lbs. Joined Healthy Wage in September of 2018 but haven’t lost all that weight. I am proud that I have lost 30 pounds, but still have more weight to lose. It makes me sad that I was very close and even reached my goal weight, but then I gained the weight back slowly over 2 years and some. However, I need to offer myself grace since it was a difficult time in my life.
