Hey guys, after a month of hard work, I came back to my sports physio, a top one from the city, tired of physical educators of gym that each evaluated in their own way.
Anyway, after a month, overall, I lost 2.6kg(5.7 lbs), however I lost around 4kg of fat mass (8.8 lbs) and gained over 1kg of lean mass(2.2 lbs).
My measures all stayed the same and some even increased, in the places where they should stay the same, like leg, tigh and arms, and in places where it should decrease, like the abdominal area, it decreased up to 5cm.
