Just finished my first week of weight watchers. I went to the second meeting with my friend Jan today. She lost weight too. I lost 6 pounds but I have been not feeling well since Wednesday afternoon. I may have gotten food poisoning after eating chicken at a restaurant. So I haven't been eating much and being sick on top of that contributed to the large weight loss number. But I still like it anyways.
At weight watchers we talked about making healthy soups today. Jan and I were really hungry after this meeting and we stopped and had a salad on the way home. She was good and had a asian salad and I had a more fattening taco salad but it was better than getting a hamburger and fries. And it was just fun chit chatting with Jan.
This week I'm going to work on drinking my water and smaller portions. And making our ww soup.
