Water weight. EVERY time I eat gyro meat I gain. However my body likes it this time. Anybody tell me why a little water weight can feel good?
173.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do not like water weight so cannot help you with that

Gyro meat contains a binder that is usually a carb, it’s great for energy at the gym❣️ Gyro also contains salt, which contributes to the water weight.
