Wow, AWESOME calorie burn... so great work on the elliptical. Have you been doing that level of exercise quite frequently? Just I wondered if maybe you might need to increase points a little to fuel that body into losing -- if the case. I know when I was doing loads of working out, I landed up having to increase my points to keep the scales moving... was a scary prospect, but it worked! So maybe something to consider if you're already eating up to your daily points target and drinking enough. Keep up the great work though... as those scales will budge for you in the end! ;o)

thanks Moonlite. I actually just increased my workouts about a week and a half ago. I used to only exercise maybe 3-5 days a week, but I have upped it to everyday and now doing 60 mins of cardio! I am also including Push-Ups 3 days a week and just signed on for the 100 crunches a day challenge. I was wondering why I havent dropped any weight since the increase. You are the second person to suggest I up my points a bit to coinside with my increased workouts. I have been reluctant to do so out of fear - but it seems to work for people. Well, since the scale doesnt seem to be budging, I think I'll give it a go. I am going to really try and make sure I eat something every 2-3 hours and snack on things such as nectarines, bluberries and carrots. I just got some fresh stuff from the farmers market & I cant wait to eat them :) I really appreciate your input. Any suggestions on how many points a day to increase to? Thanks!

I always used to classify elliptical as a high intensity workout. At your current weight for 60 mins, that works out at about 9 activity points (AP)! I know WW recommends to only aim for 4 AP a day... or certainly only count that... although personally I used to ignore that! Do you currently eat your flex-points? I'm guessing no by your points I can see. I used to get my daily points target and multiply by the 7 days of the week... then add the 35 flex points to get my weekly total. So if you don't currently eat into your optional 35 flex points... just eating those maybe enough to make a difference. So the days you do work out to such a high intensity, maybe try adding 3 or 4 to your daily points target just so you've got a little bit more "fuel" to burn. You may have to experiment a little, so I know I found it helpful to keep a log of what I was doing. But generally I found that eating into "some" of the activity points I was gaining kept those scales moving. I'm sure those extra snacks of fruit and veggies will help too. Let me know how you do though and I wish you every success. ;o)
