Wow, the pounds have started to really drop. I walked 6 days this week for 30 - 40 minutes as well as stuck within my points. Somehow, I have lost my craving for sweets and I'm not sure where that came from, but I'm not going to complain. I have also been adding in little things such as parking in the very back lot at the grocery store and walking to my mailbox instead if driving (saves gas too!). As I start feeling even better and healthier, I hope to add in additional things such as push-ups, resistance training and maybe I'll even wipe the dust off my Windsor Pilates DVD's and put them to use again. I am definitely moving in the right direction, I just hope I can keep up the momentum.
