I'm down another lb. I started at 223 on July 8th, today I'm at 219. I am working HARD for this weight loss, harder than I ever have.... I guess that is what makes it so sweet. If I got on a structured diet like WW, SBD, Atkins I would probably lose faster, but I want to eat what I want without feeling guilty, or like I have to start all over, or that I blew it and I always felt this way with diet plans (these are my feelings, I don't know if anyone else ever felt this way). At least now if I eat a hot dog I can enjoy it but I know I'm going to have to work that puppy off!
