When I first started on FS, I was anxious to lose the weight quickly. I’ve learned that you’re more likely to succeed with slow changes over time. Anyways, I’m feeling to good today😊
254.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 99.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
