Weigh in this morning for the Challenge.. I am at 182.4... Last Monday I weighed in at 181.. My weight fluctuated all last week, I weighed in on thurs or friday it was 184 ( didn't record it because I was disappointed)... saturday I weighed in, it went down to 183 and today - Monday 182.4.. Just glad that it went back down..
I will try to cut back and definitely increase the water intake.. I am hoping that my body will get back on track and I can continue on my journey.. To be honest I am not really upset, angry, or mad.. I know that on any diet plan the weight "may/will" fluctuate a couple pounds at times.. I have done my best and will continue to do better.. so my journey will continue!
