BF=37.7% That's great since it's only been 4 days since I started logging food again and keeping an eye on calories. I figure there's an adjustment period getting back into a routine too so pretty motivated now lol 😊 Less than 23 lbs away from my initial goal of 135lbs. Still need to get my BF% down to about 20%
157.6 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
