This past week wasn't the best that I have ever done. I'm not going to dwell on it, just move on and continue my efforts to make a new life style and feel better about myself as a person. I will work to learn more tips and tricks to not grab to closest thing to me to chow down on, but actually think about what to put into my body.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week

I plan out dinner for each day of the week.. I find that helps me a ton. If I did not do that I am pretty certain that I would eat out fast food or other junk nearly every night.. I love a plan!
