Please tell me why my exercise continues to put me at negative calories every day, but i have still gained weight? i'm back where i started. this f*cking sucks.

dieting is a really hard process. you have to take the time to figure out what works the best for you. i also agree with Keri15 you have to eat something. dont worry i am actually worse off then when i started so you are at least doing better than me.
