:DD lost those two pounds i gained back! excitment!

comments - what kind of foods have you guys stuck with for breakfast, that provide energy but not too many fats/carbs?
136.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

for breakfast i love to mix cottage cheese with fruit... my new favorite fruit to add is nectarine... so i ahve 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1 sliced up nectarine and a tall glass of water... so it has protein, vitamins, calcium, and tastes so yummy!
