how did that happen??? i gained two pounds, after starting the diet? i don't get it!!! is it muscle? als;jfa;lskjrw;oeirj. :( oh well. i'm starting the water cleansing today, and going through until sunday evening. so that on monday, when i start eating again, i can make better choices on what i put into my body.



two pounds further away from my goal. :(
138.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It depends. The foods you ate could be high in sodium. It could be hormonal. It takes weeks of working out to actually build muscle, but if you are just starting an exercise plan or changing the one you are on, you can have a temporary gain (from muscles tearing and taking water to repair themselves). Good luck with your cleanse!
