Fettarme Milch 1,5%, Weizenbrötchen. Dinner: Lemar Sauce zu Hähnchen, HAK Rotkohl mit Apfelstücken, Gegrilltes Hähnchen (ohne Haut gegessen), Kartoffeln (Fruchtfleisch, Gesalzen, Gekocht). Snacks/Other: Granny Smith Äpfel, Ja!
