Ok so hoping this is temporary because I have been burning more calories but also a little trouble staying on plan. No change whatsoever from last week but at least I haven't gained.
156.8 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
