BF 37.8% (+0.6bs). 
Luckily we were told not to send in our reports this week lol we were told to take Christmas week off but things got spread out for my holiday gatherings over more like 10 days..Was staying on point with diet last 4 days but had gained over 5 lbs I think.. we had an unexpected lunch with in-laws ugh oh well I know it's not a race, it's a marathon 😉
Happy to start a new year with more focus and strength/ability to keep on track and not get knocked off the balance beam 😜
158.2 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
