Why can I not take this damn pound off??? IT has been torturing me. When I stop losing I feel like I am failing and want to stray away from my diet... UGGHH!!
306.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I get really discourage when the weight loss slows down too. It will start coming off again. Give it time and don't stray from your plan. Good Luck!

Hey Girlie, You must keep on track. You will be rewarded but sometimes it takes days to see the impact of our decisions. Try to stay focused each meal and each workout on that moment. I promise it will work. Keep posting and logging your foods and stay true to your commitments. also keep us posted as we want to see you succeed. Todd
