I’m being consistent and I’m starting to feel a lot better, once the scale starts moving is when I gain motivation... being reminded of why I am doing this, to gain control of my health. I always know eating carbs makes me feel icky but why do they taste so good?! 😩
I am really excited for today!!! I made keto stuffing and a keto friendly green bean and mushroom casserole. Today’s goal is portion control and drink lots of water!! I plan to make a turkey soup with some butternut squash and any left over casserole!! Avoiding potatoes and pie will be easy!
