Woot!!! I am soo happy!! It feels like such a relief to be losing all this extra baggage! =)
307.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone! When I went to the doctor yesterday, I asked if I could deviate from the diet for my son's birthday dinner out and she gave me the go ahead but I still didn't go that far from it! I was just too darn happy to know how much I have already lost and how I am going to continue. I didn't go NEAR that desert bar at Golden Corral or have anything with a gravy or any serious starches like potatoes. The closest I came was green beans, lol!
