Hey guys!

As you all can see, I've repeated the cycle and gained back the weight I had loss.

No worries, I've regained control and will finish this year strong.

I will at least lose 20 pounds before year is over!

No more eating out on my own. ( I'm going to try my hardest)

I've been going out on dinner dates so those will soon turn into home cooked meals.

I've been feeling real crappy but that's about to change. I'm finding my purpose again and will not allow what's happening to me discourage me.

I speak life and prosperity,and I speak health!
256.4 lb Lost so far: 56.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

sometimes we fall of the wagon, cos we do what our minds tells us (e.g eating out of the box if you can control what your mind tells you) ..you can win all the time, i know you don't wanna eat to much, doing those dinner dates and cheating cos after all you gets regression. i am willing to have challenges with you so we can reach our goal at the end.

Does this challenge mean for 15 days, we are allowed to eat only fruits, vegetables and water (fluids)?

yes!!!! its hard but pays off

Thank you so much!! I'm definitely looking forward to starting this first challenge. Lately, I've been finding myself eating a piece of fruit every hour throughout the work day. I also make sure to have at least 16 oz of water every hour too.
