It is so hard for me to do a "normal" diet. A little bit of this, not too much of that, less than 10g of that...how long an overweight person like me can handle this type of food relationship?! I tried all diets out there, believing I was addicted to food. I realized I am not. It's just all this dieting, prohibiting myself to enjoy what I want that makes me feels frustrated with all this forbidden food! Fasting is way easier....just passing the first couple of days and the rest comes so easily... Good luck everyone!
