Hmm - maintained but thought I'd be down - did a record 13,600 steps yesterday. Wondering if upping the exercise is building muscle so I'm not seeing what I feel like I should be seeing on the scale. Any comments on this are welcome - Have a super day everyone - may the willpower hold out through the weekend!

Anything is possible for weight I personally can fluctuate between 5-7 #s while on a fast by just drinking liquids, Look for NSV( non scale victories)by tape measure or clothes loose !! One time my scale for 2 months showed no weight loss, even though I maintained constant diet, but my clothes were getting loose !!! Good luck !!!

I have also used my own body fat as my fat source, instead of adding the extra fats on KETO, please believe me I had plenty..

@ DO N OK Thank you for the feedback - you're right - I hadn't thought of NSV's -I have noticed a change in how things fit. When I started KETO I didn't want to do the measurements b/c I couldn't bear to see the #'s - thinking I might need to start doing them now that things are changing. Those victories will help on the days when the scale doesn't reward me. I never realized I am reward driven - not things or $ - just success in whatever I'm working on.
