Ok, I am going to aim for 120. I feel more comfortable there rather than teetering around 122-123. Since I have started working out again I have slowly gained weight. While I know I have gained muscle, I think I have room to keep the muscle and whittle away a little more fat. My bodyfat is measuring 13.9. Let's try for 12%
122.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
