It's my first weekly weigh-in report for Kathy I'll be emailing them today. Body fat %= 41.7. Anticipating it will be even better next week as my body continues adjusting and I have the protein shakes now so I have more time not trying to figure out meals. Also starting to get the hang of using the app and having saved meals. Think for now it's best to not have too much variety so I can just add a new recipe every few days but I'm glad I took the time last week to save all the things I use frequently. This will save me a LOT of time going forward so I can concentrate on staying active 😁
201.2 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Used Gazelle and my ending pulse was 118. Went as high as 165. So I will have to be careful until it's not so taxing on my heart. Right now just going until I have a very light sweat between 2-3 mph walking. I went 1.1 mi machine and it took me 27 mins.
