Yesterday received the revised plan and email from Kathy's team. My new goal right now is to do 965 cals/day- Brkfst (180) Lunch (350) Supper (350) Snack (85). Just eat what's on the plan and don't worry about counting macros. I need to keep a certain amount of calories or my body won't have enough energy and also if I eat too little calories it will slow the body down. As long as I'm not feeling hungry and losing weight, don't worry about how much protein I'm consuming. (I may require or want more as I build more muscle back).
203.0 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Went ahead later today and picked up the Optimum Nutrition brand shakes from GNC until I can do meals easier it's to digest to get my daily calories goal.
