So yesterday I was bad, I attacked a Magnum and a Caramel bar.
This was on the back of my scales saying I'd put on three pounds and me sulking!

I got up this morning and they were back down again,
I therefore did not put on the three pounds, but I probably deserved too!!!
246.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
