《減脂減重Day3 — 清明連假Day1 — MC來的第1天》

(早餐) 香蕉x2
(午餐) 香蕉x1 + 寶礦力水得(590ml) x1瓶
(補充飲品) 寶礦力水得(590ml) x1瓶
(晚餐) 老媽煮的雞肉芋頭蔬菜粥 x2碗

起了個大早,今天跟老媽去了新北市石門的「青山瀑布步道」走路爬山。從AM9:30開始走,PM2:30才走下山 (約莫走了5hr、步行約16,000步吧) 白天吃的不多,流了不少汗,傍晚回家後秤了一下體重 -0.4kg 😁
167.1 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
