Thank you Glen. I'm fortunate in that I don't crave sweets - never have. That being said, we made tiramisu this week as an experiment and we now have a new company's coming dessert. We've given about half of it away for critique (and to get it out of our fridge). We're getting very favourable feedback. We still have some left so I will be back into it later as a snack.
