ON TRACK ONCE AGAIN...Good tuesday morning..back on track of eating what i should..an nothing extra...sticking to my 20/4 fasting..an it seems to be working great for me..
had a flat on the trainer this morning..yeap..forgot how to change tubes in tires been so long since i had to do that..definately eye opener when you blow a tube up in the house an it goes BANG...didnt have it seated right in tire when i changed it..so took 2 tubes to fix one flat...but hopefully its fixed for in the morning once again...other tube had hole in it..along the seam...
did a 21.3 mile ride on zwift this morning..decided just to get a ride of my choice in..
107 miles to hit my 4500 miles for the year...miles are zippin by each day i ride..im thinking next wednesday will hit 4500..an still have a week to get extra..
WELL..28 here..feel like 18 with wind chill...brrr...just makes you want to stay in...and hybernate..but things to do llike always...
