Well having issues with many things including stress and a new medication I'm taking. I'm not gonna lie I had some heavy foods this past week. I expected a gain but don't feel good about it. I can't let myself Down.. I'm going to Greece in January or February so hope that motivation helps in my loss in the future. This is flipping hard! Plus my MS is acting up...hence the fatigue.. the numbness in my left arm and hand. I think I may be relapsing. I started my MS group learning to better my cognitive abilities.
