Life has been so stressful. And last year I found out I have hypothyroidism. I gained 100 pounds over the last year. I'm so tired all the time with no energy. And my metabolism is the worst it's ever been. It's frustrating and discouraging. I feel depressed and overwhelmed. I do go to therapy, which I love. It does help. One day at a time. Setting achievable goals. Even the smallest goal achieved is an accomplishment. I am a strong woman and mother. I WILL get through this, for myself and my children!
