Well, poop. I was at 144.8 every time I stepped on the scale since Thursday last week. 144.8 - every day. I was beginning to think that my scale was broken. It's not. Happy Wednesday everyone!
145.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
