Yesterday was an okay day ... I was thrown off because I had planned on work providing lunch and then they didn't so I didn't have lunch ... but my great friend at work shared her salad with me. That was nice of her : ). So we ended up getting an Indian "snack" at work and I had two servings ... I had 2 deep fried chickpea things and 2 servings of jasmine rice and 2 servings of mango mousse. I actually was proud of myself because I wanted more ... but I didn't do it! I ate well when I got home and made sure I worked out. I'm maintaining for now ... but hopefully I will be down when I weigh in tomorrow!
