My mini-goals for today were to stay within my points and do my workout! I successfully completed that. Started feeling hungry this afternoon, but just got through it. I'm excited to do well this weekend and keep FS apart of my routine. Tomorrow is my daughters birthday and I have decided not to partake of any cake. It's really not worth it and my body doesn't recognize that crap as food. If I start craving something sweet ... I'll make something from scratch that will be low calorie. That's the plan and I'm stickin to it!
