not taking in enough fat and too much protein. Ate some fresh fruit as well over the past weekend, seemed to slow weight loss. I am still feeling better each day and I have more energy. I need to make a few tweaks to get the scale moving down again. Ketonix breath analyzer is still reading between 41 and 67 parts Acetone in my breath which indicates I am staying in Ketosis and burning fat not sugar...we shall see.
